Deutsche Bank appoints Dino Siason as Chief Country Officer for Philippines; Michael Chua retires
Deutsche Bank has announced the appointment of Dino Siason as the Chief Country Officer and Head of Corporate Bank for the Philippines, effective from April 1, 2024. He will assume responsibilities from Michael Chua, who is retiring after 30 years of service in the industry.
As the Country Head of the Philippines, Siason will lead the Bank’s corporate and investment operations, serving as a key hub in the Asia Pacific region for critical back and middle office functions globally. He will work directly under the leadership of Burkhard Ziegenhorn, Head of Corporate Bank for Southeast Asia and Australia, and Kaushik Shaparia, CEO, Emerging Asia, and Chief Country Officer of India.
In his new role, Siason brings over two decades of industry experience. Most recently, he worked with Citibank as the Head of Central Europe, Treasury and Trade Solutions, being associated with the bank for over 17 years, he also held leadership roles in the Philippines, Singapore, and the Czech Republic. At the beginning of his career, he served AIG Philippines in the capacity of a Senior Analyst for over six years.
