E-learning company EdCast has roped former partner of Grant Thornton, Mayank Pande as Head Partnerships and Alliances, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa to drive the overarching partnership vision forward for EdCast in the region, and be the external voice of partnerships for the business.

Pande will be based out of Gurugram, India and be the part of the Senior Leadership team, with the region at EdCast.

As Nishchae Suri, President APAC, Middle East & Africa at Edcast shared that an integral part of their growth strategy is to build an eco-system of partners who bring with them distinct capabilities across the value chain of learning and knowledge, the appointment of Pande forms an important step under EdCast's growth strategy.

The AI powered learning platform will benefit from over two decades of experience Pande brings in.

He has worked extensively across industries and multiple geographies in key markets such as the USA, UK, Middle East & Asia Pacific. He has held key roles in companies like Grant Thornton, Amrop International, Hay Group, Mercer and Aon Hewitt. After spending 18 years in a variety of leadership roles across these companies, Mayank also set up GoPlaySport in 2017, a Sports Think-Tank focusing on grassroots sports development and excellence.

Now, as he joins EdCast, Pande looks forward to strengthening their partnership eco-system in the region.

He said, “EdCast is a reference point, in the business of learning and knowledge. I look forward to strengthening our partnership eco-system in the region. We are committed to delivering a compelling value proposition to our clients through relevance, value and differentiation."

With many learning solutions emerging in the region, how EdCast holds its unique position and how leaders like Pande help build partnerships in the region is to look forward to. While the demand for learning solutions like that of EdCast continues to increase, the technology adoption challenge still remains. Amidst the competition and these challenges, how EdCast drives its vision to enable enterprises bridge their skill gaps, enhance their performance outcomes and build a culture of collaborative innovation is something to watch out.
