FRASERS Property has announced the appointment of Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi as the new Chairman of its board executive committee (Exco), effective from August 30. This decision comes following the retirement of Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, who will step down as the Exco member but continue as the Chairman of the board, the company announced.

Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, the President and Chief Executive of Thai Beverage, has been a non-executive, non-independent director since January 1, 2023.

The company also announced that Rodney Vaughan Fehring will join the Exco as a co-opted member starting from Wednesday.

Separately, SP Group and Frasers Property have entered into a collaborative effort to develop and implement smart energy solutions within the premises of Binh Duong Industrial Park (BDIP) in Vietnam.

The signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) solidifies this partnership, as confirmed in a joint statement released on Thursday.
