HCL America appoints Global HR Lead for Digital and Analytics Practice

Shaily Rampal who was working with HCL India as Global Lead - Performance & Career COE, Enterprise HR has moved to a global role in HCL America.  After working with HCL India for more than thirteen years, she has been elevated as Global HR Lead- Digital & Analytics Practice, HCL America.

In her new role, she will be working closely with business leaders to define overall HR strategy for the practice and manage its execution, including talent management, performance and rewards management, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement. She will report to Ramachandran Sundararajan, Executive Vice President – HR. 

Sharing about her stint with HCL in India, she mentioned it was an exciting journey, and she got the opportunity to do HR Business partnering roles in lines of businesses as well as roles in multiple centers of excellence in enterprise HR.  She added, the challenging assignments allowed her to learn and contribute to the company.

In her global role, her key focus areas for this year will be digital and analytics. She said, This year, I’ll be enabling the continued growth of top line with a constant focus on the bottom line through a well carved out people practice strategy and execution methodology  that is customized to this talent pool.”

In her long stint with HCL India, she has worked in multiple roles. Shaily Rampal is an alumnus of Delhi University.  She was also the winner of People Matters' 'Are you in the list' for the year 2015.
