Hilton Global Associates appoints Peter Vincent as Global Security Advisor

Hilton Global Associates Inc. (“Hilton Global”), a provider of investigative due diligence for mission-critical decisions made by governments and other clients worldwide, announced that global security and immigration expert Peter Vincent has joined the firm as Global Security Advisor. 

In this role, Vincent will provide independent consulting services to Hilton Global and will assist in advising countries on economic development strategy and the implementation of investor migration and residency- and citizenship-by-investment (RBI/CBI) programs.

Kelley-Hilton has over ten years of direct experience as an authorized due diligence provider for CBI programs. She has assisted governments with establishing program guidelines and best practices and has conducted thousands of due diligence investigations on applicants in more than 117 countries.

Over the last 20 years, Vincent has developed a track record of experience in global security and is recognized as an expert in immigration, counterterrorism, money laundering, international affairs, and human rights violations. He was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as the Principal Legal Advisor with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as well as the Acting Director of the Office of International Affairs and the Senior Counselor for International Policy. 

He also represented the U.S. Department of Justice at the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia. After 12 years of federal government service, Vincent became General Counsel of Thomson Reuters Special Services, before serving as Head of Government Advisory at Henley & Partners, a specialist in citizenship and residency planning. Vincent is also currently Vice President of International Policy at BORDERPOL, a global association of experts in border security and migration management.
