Hibob, the transformative HR tech platform that helps companies engage with and develop strong company cultures, announced the appointment of Paul Zeiter as Chief Revenue Officer, strengthening its executive team. In his new role, Zeiter will propel Hibob toward continued financial growth as it expands its footprint in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Israel.

Zeiter brings a broad range of experience to his role at Hibob, from leading sales for major infrastructure players to ramping startups from a few customers up to numbers in the thousands. Since its founding five years ago, Hibob established itself as a key player and provides rapidly scaling businesses like Fiverr, Monday.com, and Guesty with the data and tools they need to enhance workers’ experiences, create distinct cultures, and engage employees across teams and locations. With Zeiter’s expertise, Hibob is positioned for continued growth as more companies rely on remote work yet need tools to bring their dispersed employees together.

“Paul joins the team at an exciting time for Hibob. His experience will bring tremendous value to the team as we reach new levels of hyper-growth and continue to disrupt the antiquated HR industry,” said Ronni Zehavi, CEO of Hibob. “I am eager to work alongside Paul as he brings a fresh perspective to the revenue and sales side of the business – something Hibob can leverage as we grow so rapidly.”

“I am looking forward to working with the many talented professionals at Hibob and taking the company to new levels of growth,” said newly appointed Chief Revenue Officer, Paul Zeiter. “There could not be a better time to be coming on board as workplaces everywhere look to adapt with changing times. Especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have already experienced Hibob’s dedication to remote onboarding first-hand. I am excited to be a part of a team that is leading the way in helping customers and growing businesses adapt to what is sure to be the future of work following this global health crisis.”

Prior to joining Hibob, Zeiter was Chief Revenue Officer for San Jose based Robin.io, a software platform for automating enterprise applications. Zeiter’s extensive experience also includes a role as Chief Revenue Officer for Boston-based BondLink, an enterprise-level financial services and investment platform, President of Zerto, VP of Sales, Infrastructure Software Group at EMC and VP of Worldwide Sales for Kashya.

With 460% year-over-year growth, Hibob boasts hundreds of fast-growing customers, as well as strategic platform integrations with Slack, Workable, GreenHouse, Mercer, Aviva, Canada Life, and UNAM. The 150-person Hibob team, located in offices across New York, London, and Tel Aviv, works with businesses including Monzo, Etoro, Happy Socks, Ironsource, Receipt Bank, Fiverr and Karmarama to support their talent across the globe.
