Ray Lab, owned by a consortium of investors led by Mediterrania Capital Partners, has recently welcomed Hussein El-Ashmawi as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer for KSA, Egypt and Jordan.

In his new role, Hussein will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of human resources and administration management including recruitment, governmental relations, training and development, talent management, compensation and benefits, and payroll.

Hussein’s specialties include benefit scheme designing & implementation, salary structure designing, merit increase & salary adjustment programs among others.

He started his career as a compensation and benefits manager in 1996.  He has also worked with Majid Al Futtaim, Dar Al Fouda Hospital, and Evergrow Group.
