Infinigate Group appoints Caroline Hutchins as Chief People Officer
The Infinigate Group, a leading cybersecurity firm, has announced the appointment of Caroline Hutchins as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective from December 1, 2023.
Assuming her new role, Caroline brings over 35 years of experience across various sectors, including Professional Services, Retail, Wholesale, and People Technology, within private, listed, and private equity-backed businesses. As the CPO of the cybersecurity firm, she will be responsible for the human capital and employee contingent of the company, which has recently expanded.
In her previous roles, Caroline held leadership positions overseeing people transformation programs. At Infinigate, where the care and development of workers is a fundamental priority, She will spearhead the company’s objectives. She will be responsible for the company’s high-value personalized service, employing a human and digital dual approach to business and leveraging in-house expertise.
