A specialty (re)insurer IQUW has appointed Diane Gallacher as its new Group Chief People Officer. In her new role, she has been tasked to implement the company’s talent strategy and growth plans.

Gallacher has joined IQUW with more than 25 years of experience in talent management, culture, and leadership in sectors as diverse as retail, aerospace and now insurance.

In her most recent role, she served at Talbot as the HR Director. Before that, she was the head of talent, performance, and leadership at Validus Group. Kiddy and Partners and Aon Consulting are other organisations where she worked in various roles, previously.

Gallacher is passionate about understanding the interaction between employees, the organisation, and the wider context and translating that insight into practical solutions.
