Landmark Group appoints Harsh Aparanji as new CHRO

Landmark Group, one of the largest retail and hospitality organisations in the Middle East, Africa and India, has appointed Harsh Aparanji as new chief human resources officer (CHRO) for its India business. 

In his new role, Aparanji will focus on building talent and capability while continuing to strengthen people-centric culture.

He will be responsible for human resources functions of all business units, group talent management, compensation & benefits, workplace services, diversity and  inclusion, internal communications, and corporate social responsibility.

In his career spanning over 25 years in technology, IT services, FMCG and engineering, he has partnered with global leadership and businesses in developing HR strategy and roadmap to achieve business growth. 

With a rich experience in strategic business partnering, talent management, leadership development, performance & total rewards, and labour relations, he has led diverse HR teams to enable talent, engagement, and leadership capability across India, Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

Prior to joining Landmark Group, he has worked with companies such as DXC Technology, Honeywell, Colgate Palmolive, and Tata Consulting.
