Leapsome, a US-based HR Tech platform, has announced the appointment of Luck Dookchitra as the Global VP of People and Culture, with immediate effect.

Joining the leadership team, Dookchitra will report to co-founder and co-CEO Jenny Podewils. She brings over 15 years of core HR expertise and global SaaS experience to the role. Her expertise will enrich the company culture and align it further with people enablement principles. She will oversee strategic initiatives that bolster employee development, foster a feedback-rich environment, and promote career growth across departments. She will also play an instrumental role in driving global talent strategies for the organization.

In her previous roles, Luck served Teachable as the VP of People, Modern Meadow as the VP of People & Operations, and Spotify as the Global HR Business Partner and Head. With her expertise, she navigated change management through transitions to remote work and international integration while establishing impactful DEIB programs.
