Based in the automobile company's Kuala Lumpur office, Siew Lee Tee joined Tan Chong Group as Deputy General Manager, Group Human Resources and will be reporting into the General Manager, Group Human Resources.

Prior to joining Tan Chong Group, Tee was Director, Human Resources at Sunway Malls. At Sunway, she used her expertise in constructing and implementing frameworks for talent, culture and other HR led initiatives. She was responsible for overlooking all talent, culture and HR service agenda including Talent Identification/Management/Development, Cultural Development and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Tee has worked in the capacity of a senior HR Leader at several other organizations including Sunway Theme Parks, Levi Strauss & Co., and ACE Group.

Tee’s priority at Tan Chong will be on Talent Acquisition. With talent shortage being the top concern for majority HR leaders in Asia, Tee’s focus will be on channelling the right sources to attract and build a workforce contributing to the growth of the business.

With over 2 decades of industry experience in HR across multiple industries ranging construction, retail, manufacturing, digital marketing, insurance, leisure and tourism, and apparel, Lee continues to experiment moving across industries, with automobile this time.
