Michelle Graham joins MBX Biosciences as CHRO
MBX Biosciences, a US-based biopharmaceutical company, has announced the appointment of Michelle Graham as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, with immediate effect.
Assuming her new role Graham, who was heading HR operations at Albireo Pharma as CHRO, brings more than 25 years of talent management expertise to the pharma industry. Before this, she held the position of Senior VP and CHRO at GSK’s acquired biotech firm TESARO Inc. She also held a key role at Parexel International Corp. as Corporate VP and CHRO. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles as VP of HR at Bausch + Lomb, Senior VP of HR at Greatbatch Inc. and Senior Director of Bristol-Myers Squibb.
