Perkbox, a UK-based employee benefits platform, has announced the appointment of Doug Butler as CEO, with immediate effect. 

Assuming his new role, Doug brings over 30 years of experience across technology, telecommunications and the employment engagement sectors. 

With his expertise in finance and operations, Doug will drive global growth for the platform, overseeing product innovation and ensuring ongoing customer success. “His focus includes expanding the business, aiding clients in HR and people challenges, and advancing the company's mission to connect businesses' people with their purpose through a leading employee perks and benefits platform,” stated the company in an official announcement. 

Prior to his appointment, Doug served as the CEO of Reward Gateway for over five years. Before this, he co-founded Latisys and was acting as CFO and President until it was acquired in 2015 by Zayo Group. He also served Barclays for nine years in the capacity of Director.
