RedDoorz gets two new leadership appointments

The Singapore-based hotel booking and management platform, RedDoorz, has hired a new CFO and Group Senior VP of Marketing.
RedDoorz gets two new leadership appointments

RedDoorz, a Singapore-based hotel booking and management platform, announced two key leadership appoints as the firm eyes significant growth looking ahead at 2020. 

Jupe Tsui, has been appointed as the startup’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Liviu Nedef has been appointed as the Group Senior Vice-President of Marketing. 

Tsui will be incharge of redefining RedDoorz’s financial growth strategy, in addition to implementing new financial initiatives. He also brings with him about three decades of experience from some of the world’s largest MNCs. Previously, he was the CFO of Hong Kong-based financial services and tech company Oriente. He also worked with Booking.com’s regional finance director previously. 

Nedef has also led marketing functions for e-commerce firms such as HOOQ and Lazada, and brings with him about 15 years of experience. 

“Creating more robust commercialisation strategies, taking greater control of our operational costs, developing impactful brand campaigns, and enhancing end-user experiences enriched with emerging technologies, require an experienced team with a depth of experience in their respective fields to ensure we are solving for both the current and future needs of our business.” 

Expansion has become a priority for the company as it closed its first Series C round of funding of $70 Mn, in addition to launching a new regional tech hub in Vietnam. 

Since its inception, the company has raised about $140 Mn since its inception in 2015. The company also plans to spread to Thailand and already has a network of more than 1,500 properties in more than 120 cities including Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
