SurePeople, a US-based HR Tech platform, has announced the appointment of Jill Zimmerman as an Executive Advisor, with immediate effect. 

Jill, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Hilco Global, brings over 40 years of experience to this new role. Her expertise as an Industrial Psychologist working as a corporate global practitioner, building talent strategy, driving diversity, change management, and business transformation will further bolster the HR Tech firm from within and on a global level.

In her previous role, Jill served Mercer in the capacity of Partner and Global Chief Talent and Inclusion Officer. She also worked with Discover Financial Services as the VP of HR and CHRO, Aon Hewitt as the HR Leader and Chief Learning Officer, and Bank of Montreal as the Global Head of Leadership, Strategy, and Change. Her core competencies include talent acquisition, learning and development, people & culture, talent management and DEI, talent and organization effectiveness, and change management.
