Teachmint appoints Kapil Vardhan as Chief Human Resource Officer

Education infrastructure provider Teachmint has announced the appointment of Kapil Vardhan as their Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. In his new role, Vardhan will play a critical role in furthering Teachmint’s vision of building a highly competitive team to transform the education ecosystem across the world. 

Mihir Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO, Teachmint, said, “We are delighted to welcome Kapil [Vardhan] to Teachmint. His outstanding journey and experience in expanding tech organisations makes him a great addition to the Teachmint family. He also added that they have scaled immensely in the last 2 years since inception and will continue to set new benchmarks and break them. 

Prior to Teachmint, Vardhan spent close to five years at Flipkart where he expanded and strengthened the organisation’s engineering, product and design teams across multiple business groups. 

Prior to Flipkart, Kapil worked in multiple leadership positions across leading global organisations like Honeywell, Petrofac, GE and Asian Paints.
