Tech Mahindra has promoted Mohan Shamsher as the new recruitment head - APAC, China & Japan, A&Z. Earlier, he was working as head of recruitment onsite-APJ-China and Japan.

He began his association with Tech Mahindra in 2006 as group manager-recruitment in Pune.

Shamsher comes with over 22 years of experience in designing recruitment strategy, ramp-ups, client/stakeholder management, account management, team building-engagement-retention, new tool implementation, reporting & analytics, change management and talent research & consulting.

As a seasoned industry leader, Shamsher specialises in conceptualising and implementing industry best practices and recruitment design. Cross-boundary collaboration and strategic insight among others.

Recently, Tech Mahindra onboarded Richard Lobo as the Chief People Officer of Tech Mahindra who a global management professional. He joined the company with over two decades of diverse experience leading the transformation of the people function across organizations.
