UK-based financial platform Tide has appointed Vinay Ramani as Chief Product Officer (CPO).

London-based former Meta executive, Ramani  has been entrusted with the task to drive Tide’s vision for its global product strategy and broadening their small business-focused offering in the UK and India. He is also a member of Tide’s executive leadership team. The new CPO will report to Tide’s CEO Oliver Prill.

Soon after joining the firm, Ramani said,“I’m delighted to join Tide at this critical juncture in its plans to globalise. Working with the executive team and the product and design area, I look forward to diversifying and scaling Tide’s product offering to its around 475,000 member base in the UK, and in India.”

Before Meta, Vinay worked with Pipedrive as Chief Product Officer where he led product, data, design, research and product marketing. He was also associated with Google, Uber, GoodStori Inc, and Adobe Systems.His work history spans developer platforms, ride-sharing, commerce, advertising, SMB SAAS, search, ML/AI based personalisation products.
