Teo joins Eastspring after over a decade-long stint at Bank of Singapore, where she was the Head of Learning and Talent Management in her last role.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics and Political Science from National University of Singapore and an MBA from France’s ESSEC Business School.
