Frédéric Clément is appointed Global Head of Human Resources by AXA IM
AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) this week appointed Frédéric Clément as its Global Head of Human Resources. He replaced Amélie Watelet who took on the role of Human Resources Director of AXA France. Frédéric Clément will report to Godefroy de Colombe, Global Chief Operating Officer. He will join the Management Board and work from Paris. He will take on his role in the company from 1 September, 2021.

Clément started his career as an Associate Product Manager in Germany based company Amgen from 2004 to 2005. He climbed the success ladder when he earned the position of Marketing Manager at Fresenuis Kabi from 2006 to 2008. He was responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy to support the sales team with a strong focus on building clinical & economical evidence in oncology. At 3M, he spent three years in roles like Key Account Manager and Product Manager from 2008 to 2011. Later, Frédéric held different global HR roles, such as AXA Global Head of Compensation & Benefits & International Mobility from 2013 to 2018; Director of HR, Communication & Corporate Affairs of AXA Bank Europe from 2011 to 2013; and Global Head of Reward of AXA from 2007 to 2011. He also worked in consulting for Towers Watson and Accenture, and was the EMEA Chief Marketing Officer at GE Healthcare.
Since 2018, he has been heading the Integration Management Office at AXA XL. He is in charge of the overall integrated planning and decision process related to synergies, communications, and cross-functional interdependencies.
He has done his Masters in Marketing and Management from ESSEC Business School in Troyes.
