The US franchise of the global HR services leader Randstad acquires staffing solutions firm Cella. Randstad USA will leverage this acquisition to expand and build a strong position over the growing US market.  

Cella is one of the leading staffing companies in the US helping clients draw the best from the talent pool. With over thirty years of expertise in the market, for the year 2021, the company is ex[ected to generate a revenue of more than $100 million.  

Commenting on the acquisition, Karen Fichuk, CEO, Randstad North America said that through Cella’s acquisition to the portfolio of Randstad they look forward to having the best talents of Cella on their board, which is yet another step of Randstad towards driving growth in the region.
