Customer Communication Management (CCM) technology innovator Assentis Technologies has named Dominique Equey as General Manager, APAC Region. Equey joins from Zurich-headquartered banking software firm Avaloq, where he was Head for the Global Partner Network.

He worked with Avaloq for more than 14 years in a broad variety of client and partner management roles and is well-known for building long-term, value-added relationships with stakeholders. Equey’s extensive educational background and experience in Banking, IT and Law provided the expertise for consulting with C-level clients in a collaborative environment, resulting in excellent outcomes and benefits for all.

Since establishing its presence in Asia in 2012 and opening its regional headquarters in Singapore, Martin Kraehenbuehl, CEO of Assentis shared the company has seen steady growth in the region.

"We now serve some of the largest financial institutions in the Asian market and are making a significant impact on the way firms are handling communication with their customers.  We are delighted to welcome Dominique to the senior management team,” CEO Kraehenbuehl added.

He believes that Equey has an exceptional track record of success, and he and our many new staff members will provide the clients with the additional business know-how, seniority and capacity to meet the heightened demand the company is seeing for its suite of CCM solutions in the APAC region.

Assentis Technologies has been starting a new series of initiatives to emphasize its anticipated business growth in the APAC region. It is broadening its operations in Singapore with several new appointments in the areas of Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services. Assentis has so far expanded into APAC countries by establishing new local partner networks while also increasing additional global industry partner collaboration.

As it looks to expand further in the region and become a market leader, Equey as the GM for APAC has many things on his agenda. "The decision to expand our presence in the APAC region follows rapidly growing market demand.  The success of banks in recent years requires bank executives to solve ever-increasing and more complex requirements. Assentis has already efficiently solved many such new challenges for its large client base," shared Dominique Equey. How he keeps on solving these ever-increasing and more complex requirements of customers and clients and spearheads the company in its new phase of growth is to look forward to.
