Deutsche Bahn India names Muukesh Gupta as new Head of Human Resource

Deutsche Bahn India, subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG, has appointed Muukesh Gupta as new Head- Human Resources of the company. Previously, he was the Head of Human Resource at CRRC India Private Limited.

Daniela Faustino, Senior Manager of International HR said, “We welcome Muukesh Gupta to Deutsche Bahn India Pvt limited and wish him a long career with DB Group.”

In his new role, Gupta will lead the Human Resource function in India and headine the execution of the first RRTS Project mainly focusing on the scale-up of the talent pool. He is also tasked with creating an inclusive, enriching, and progressive work culture at the India office, that would meet the global standards.

Gupta is an HR professional laden with more than a decade-worth of experience in executing the people strategy for building a delivery-focused high-performance organisation. He counts CRRC, Alstom, Bombardier as his previous employers, where he has worked in various leadership capacities.

A proven track record of helping organisations, both Startups, and organisations looking to scale up as they transform and grow. He has worked with companies on strategies such as high volume hiring, career ladders across the board, culture building, employer and organisational branding, etc.

Gupta has completed his MBA in Human Resource from Jaipur National University.
