Globalization Partners & PayGroup tie up to foster HCM capabilities
As the information and technology services company, Globalization Partners partners up with the leading provider of payroll and human capital management (HCM) solutions, PayGroup, which is set to acquire businesses including Astute One, PayAsia, Payroll HQ, and TalentOZ.
Due to this partnership, the Globalization Partners’ employment platform can also be accessed by PayGroup clients. The employment platform uncomplicates the rigmarole processes of payroll, human resource issues, employment law and expense reporting. It covers more than 187 countries.
Craig Goldblatt, Globalization Partners’ Vice President of Partners and Alliances, said that the integration of PayGroup’s multinational payroll and HR solutions with Globalization Partners’ market global employment platform will reduce risk elements for companies, help them to garner newfound speed to markets and increase their geographical dominance.
Services like employee hirings and payroll-related information; labour and tax law compliance, management plus payroll filings; in-country support and expertise for employee questions can be used by Asia Pacific businesses.

PayGroup declared a staggering annual recurring revenue of $27 million for FY 2021. In regard to its tie-up with Globalization Partners, this can prove to be a big game changer because it will help both the companies in amplifying their HCM capabilities. PayGroup clients will be able to hire easily even beyond national jurisdiction, given Globalizations Partners’ deep expertise there. On a global scale as talent acquisition becomes boundaryless, this team-up will be a powerful leverage for clients at both ends.
PayGroup had also bought Integrated Workforce Solutions (IWS), a provider of payroll and HCM solutions in Australia and New Zealand in May. PayGroup’s offerings across payroll and HCM solutions will also be benefitted from the IWS acquisition. These efforts will also help it in having an upper hand in its alliance with Globalization Partners.
