Marelli hires for newly-created Chief People and Organization Officer role
Global automotive supplier Marelli announced the appointment of Sherry Vasa as EVP, Chief People and Organization Officer. In this newly created role, Vasa will commit people and organization function to headline broader organizational development in the company.
Marelli CEO and President, Beda Bolzenius said, “Sherry brings a wealth of experience in change management, talent development, operational efficiency and recruitment. With her proven track record in building and leading top-performing teams with a focus on culture, engagement, transparency and collaboration, she will play a critical role in the transformation of Marelli.”
According to the company, this new function will bring more focus to people, team building and employee collaboration.
Sherry Vasa is a global executive who has worked with few of the Fortune 500 companies. She spent over 20 years working in various leadership roles at Autoliv, an automotive supplier company.
