MoPub names Dushyant Sapre as Managing Director of APAC region

MoPub, a Twitter company that provides flexible monetization solutions for mobile publishers around the globe, has named Dushyant Sapre as MoPub Managing Director for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

Based in Twitter’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, Dushyant will develop and implement the regional growth strategy for MoPub, with special focus on Japan, Korea, and China, while working with cross-functional teams to propose best in class solutions for clients that drive success, growth, and acquisition for MoPub in APAC. He will establish and strengthen MoPub’s long-term sustainable partnerships with some of the largest publishers, app developers, media companies and programmatic buyers across the region.

On his appointment, Dushyant stated, “I am privileged and humbled to be given the opportunity to lead MoPub in APAC and help the mobile ecosystem of marketers, agencies and app developers achieve bigger outcomes for their marketing objectives.”

Dushyant was previously the Managing Director for APAC Supply and Global App Partnerships at Criteo and was a founding leader of the Criteo Singapore office since 2013. Over the past decade, he has advised leading app developers/digital publishers on maximizing monetization and online retailers on user acquisition and retention. He also built his forte in enterprise digital transformation and led IT transformation at HP, SaaS/Cloud at Google, and AdTech at Criteo.

Dushyant’s appointment comes as MoPub aims to leverage the growth in the mobile-first economies in APAC. APAC is at the cusp of an explosive growth right now due to its mobile-first economies and is expected to become the number one region for app downloads, app advertising spends and app store consumer spends over the next three years.
