PropertyGuru has appointed industry veteran Tan Tee Khoon as country manager for Singapore. In his new role, Tan will be a member of the group's executive leadership team. He will be responsible for leading the sales for Singapore and manage a team of 50. He will report to Jeremy Williams, the group's Chief Business Officer.

Jeremy was quoted saying in media, “Tee Khoon’s exhaustive industry experience and knowledge will be of immense value as we continue to deliver solutions and services that bring efficiency to our clients’ businesses. Our ambition to create a digital ecosystem for the property industry that supports the growth for developers and agents, is a vision that Tee Khoon shares.”

Before joining PropertyGuru, he was working as the Executive Director at Knight Frank Singapore. Having spent a considerable time in the agency business, he had worked with companied Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies. 

On his appointment, Tan was quoted saying in media that, “I believe in the power of data-driven decision making. Data is the currency for success in property.” He further shared that he had worked closely with PropertyGuru in the past and the group's focus to bring technology adoption for agency and developer business is something he is looking forward to work together on.
