Colleen Kozak joined SP Plus Corporation in 2015, as Vice President, Human Resources and holds 25 years of significant experience. Prior to joining SP+, she was the Head of HR for Retail Stores at Sears Holdings Company and subsequently was an HR Consulting Director at CNA Financial. Now, in her new role as CHRO at Kozak SP Plus, she will oversee the company’s entire human resources organization.

She will also serve as a member of the company’s Executive Team and report directly to Marc Baumann.

“Colleen is a results-focused leader who brings a multi-faceted skillset and fresh perspective to our executive management team,” commented Marc Baumann, Chief Executive Officer for SP+. “Her motivating leadership style and passion toward developing programs that set employees up to succeed make her the right person to drive our HR initiatives across North America.”

Before joining SP Plus, Kozak worked as HR Consulting Director at CNA Insurance for a year. Prior to that, she was working with Sears Holdings Corporation, where she spent for more than 14 years. She describes herself as someone with, "Strong coaching, change management and talent management expertise, driven by quantitative skills and proven within complex sales and operational business units."

Kozak replaces Gerry Klaisle, who is transitioning from his position as Chief Administrative Officer prior to his retirement at the end of the year. As CEO Baumann sees Kozak as the right fit for driving HR initiatives across North America, she has a huge responsibility on her shoulders. Especially during the time of the pandemic when the world of work is constantly evolving, how Kozak drives the people agenda is to look forward to.
