Syfe appoints Saurabh Seth as head of talent acquisition in India
The appointment is part of Syfe’s plans to grow its team in India as the company expands across the region in 2022.
Digital investment platform Syfe has announced the appointment of Saurabh Seth as its new Head of Talent Acquisition in India. The latest appointment is part of Syfe's plan to expand its team in India and the company targets accelerated growth across the South Asia region in 2022.
In his new role, Saurabh would be headlining further growth of the company's tech team while focusing on strengthening Syfe’s employer brand externally. He would also be working on enhancing the company’s HR policies to attract the best candidates and improving the candidate experience.

With over 15 years of experience in technical recruiting, Saurabh Seth is an industry veteran who has supported companies like Uber, Amazon, Walmart Labs, Flipkart, Ola, Myntra, Swiggy and Yahoo in finding tech talents. Prior to Syfe, he was the Associate Vice President at Careernet Consulting where he spearheaded the creation of HR solutions for several high-growth startups across India and Asia-Pacific.

The Singapore headquartered company has a 80-member team working in India as they look to expand further in 2022. Syfe has raised USD$52 million to date, including $30 million in its recent Series B funding round led by Peter Thiel-backed Valar Ventures.
