MitchelLake Group acquires Tyzack Partners
Sydney-based global executive search and advisory firm MitchelLake has acquired London-based international executive search firm Tyzack Partners. While the size of the deal is not disclosed, estimates by UK company information database Pomanda put the value of the main Tyzack operating business at GBP1.7 million.
The deal combines the reach of both firms into their counterparts' respective areas of geographical expertise, and also boosts MitchelLake's specialisation of digital ventures and transformation.
Jonathan Tanner, founder and CEO of MitchelLake Group, said that the partnership will allow MitchelLake to build “a significant bridge of relationships into the UK and Europe, where Tyzack’s history, networks and relationships run very deep."
Similarly, David Dumeresque, senior partner of Tyzack Partners, said: “We can now offer our services in the Asia Pacific region, driving innovation across multiple industries and markets. This acquisition will allow us to access Mitchellake’s geographical and sectoral expertise in the digital space, as a key growth driver in the business landscape, as well as offering access to our clients to a new cadre of executives."
Dumeresque and his fellow senior partner from Tyzack, Neal Wyman, who are the joint owners of the Tyzack operating business, will remain with the firm.
