Facebook partners with HR Tech firms to enhance its job platform

Mark Zuckerberg led Facebook has recently announced its partnerships with enterprise HR companies such as SAP SuccessFactors which will combine the convenience of hiring tools with the extensive reach of Jobs on Facebook.

According to a release by Facebook, employers can now create job posts and manage applications through these applicant tracking systems. 

This functionality allows businesses to continue using the hiring tools and simultaneously access the wide-ranging talent pool on Facebook. Applications from job seekers on Facebook will be sent directly to a partner's tool for a seamless review experience.

Jackie Chang, Head of Business Platform Partnerships at Facebook shared, "We want to make it easier for businesses to reach and hire the right applicants. That’s why we’re thrilled to be launching this partnership with SAP SuccessFactors. We look forward to working with them to help more businesses connect with candidates through Jobs on Facebook.”
