IT firm ACI infotech plans to hire 1,400 plus employees in 2022

New Jersey, USA-headquartered IT firm ACI Infotech has announced its planning to recruit 1,400 plus new talent in FY22. As per their press release, the recruitment would be focussed pan-India with key areas for talent acquisition include the entire spectrum of digital transformation, customer experience platforms, intelligent automation and more.

Jagannadh Kanumuri, President & CEO, ACI Infotech said, ‘Our expansion drive underscores our commitment towards organic growth. It is aligned with our mission to build our existing capabilities and serve our customers well with hyper-localization of resources. We have been thinking about this for some time and now with things lining up, we are aggressively making the move.” 

Post the bulk-hiring, the total headcount will reach close to 3,500.

The large-scale hiring will take place through multifaceted processes incorporating direct advertisements, LinkedIn, employee references, aggregators, etc. Applications will also be accepted for offline submissions. Applicants are expected to be well-versed in advanced analytics, BI, AI/ML, hybrid cloud, multi-cloud on Azure, AWS & Google cloud, cyber security, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow etc as per the role they will apply for.

The IT firm also plans to add 25 global delivery centers alongside 7 innovation centers all over India to tackle the steep rise in potential workforce, which is expected to improve overall customer reach. It is also expanding its R&D footprint with centers in Hyderabad and Bengaluru, with its primary focus on client innovation, product engineering, and building new solution accelerators.
