Adrienne Anderson, Senior Manager, Organization Development at AMD. With over 24 years of experience, she is responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote diversity and inclusion at AMD. She also oversees AMD's Leadership development initiatives globally. Adrienne works closely with a variety of key stakeholders to ensures alignment to business objectives, including sponsorship and support for global learning and talent solutions.
Adrienne started at AMD as a Learning and Development specialist in June 1998. Over the years, she has spearheaded several initiatives spanning talent planning, employee engagement, leadership management, team management, workplace culture, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development.
She holds a Master of Arts degree in Instructional Training from the University of Texas, Austin.
