Anita Chhabria has 12 years of experience in Human Resources across diverse sectors such as Media, IT/ ITES, and currently with Oil & Gas industry. She has been responsible for HR Transformation and learning interventions with focus on work, workplace and workforce. Currently, Anita heads Learning & development and OD projects function for Gulf Oil International as DGM- International HR. She is responsible for formulating and driving the capability agenda, employee communication and engagement initiatives for Gulf Oil. She continues to partner with the business on global rollout of initiatives to add significant enterprise value
