Dr. Ankita Tandon is a Fellow (FPM) from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode in the OB&HR Area. She has a Masters degree in Psychology from University of Delhi. She was awarded Junior Research Fellowship in Psychology by University Grants Commission of India.
During the FPM programme, she was one of the 15 doctoral students worldwide, exclusively selected for participating in the oikos UNDP Young Scholars Development Academy, Istanbul, Turkey, in Sept. 2013. She has received the Best Reviewer Award in the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Track at the 2012 the Annual Meeting of Southwest Academy of Management. She has acted as an invited reviewer for a report published by UNDP Istanbul International Center for the Private Sector in Development, and for IIM Kozhikode Society and Management Review.
She has assisted faculty at IIM Kozhikode in developing teaching material for certain executive education programmes, including a session in the Thought Leadership Programme organized by IIIMK for the Cabinet Ministers of Govt. of Kerala in August, 2011.
Her brief professional experience (employment and internships) has been in the training domain in reputed organizations like Bharti Airtel Ltd., Bharti Resources Ltd., and Max New York Life Insurance.
