Dr Mukta Kamplikar

Dr Mukta Kamplikar is Head of Learning and Development at Bajaj Auto Ltd. She was earlier with Cummins India as Director, Talent Management. Mukta holds a Masters degree in Business Economics and a Ph.D. in Marketing. She is a post doctoral fellow of AMDISA (Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia) fellowship, Commonwealth Secretariat. She has nineteen publications to her credit. Mukta has taught and trained at several B-schools including IIMK, Symbiosis, and NMIMS etc and also has had a brief stint with the Times of India Group.
