Presently associated and working with Genpact in Human Resources. She is an IIM -L (Strategic Management)Alumni and MBA from NMIMS. A Global Gallup Coach who believes every person have their unique innate talents. She has worked with Vedanta- Mining Industry and Wells Fargo India - BFSI Industry. She is an Independent Business Strategic Consultant and a Coach. She is Ex Army Officer and got her name endorsed in Army Woman Skydiving Team. A Proud recipient of Indian Achievers Award for her contribution in Nation Building and Coaching. Namrata also leads CSR Council as Honorary State President Telangana of Woman India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI).
