Sherra has worked in the performance-improvement industry for more than 20 years, focusing primarily in sales force effectiveness, incentive compensation and employee engagement. Sherra currently serves as Division Vice President of BIW’s Life Sciences & Healthcare Group, which services the healthcare delivery, medical device/equipment, pharmaceutical, animal health, health systems and medical insurance industry sectors. Sherra has overall responsibility for the quality of BIW solution design and program delivery.
