She has over 15 years of experience across various organisations like ICICI Bank, Sony Entertainment Television and Syntel India Limited, managing key areas including HR generalist, staffing, talent management, compensation, training and development.

After 14 years of service in the Murugappa Group, he then moved on to C K Birla Group as their General Manager of Group Corporate HR.
