Perceptyx has announced the appointment of Al Adamsen as the Senior Vice President of Leader and Workforce Transformation, with immediate effect.

Joining the HR tech platform, Adamsen brings over 25 years of extensive experience in people analytics and HR strategy towards employee well-being, performance, and the impact of individuals, teams, groups, and organizations. He previously served as the Founder and CEO of People Analytics & Future Of Work (PAFOW), where he led conferences and academies focused on elevating the impact of people analytics, workforce planning, and employee experience professionals since 2008.

In his previous roles, Adamsen served Gap Inc as the Director of Employee Insights, Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant, SAP/SuccessFactors (then InfoHRM) as the Vice President of North American Consulting Services, and IBM as the HR Analytics Practice Leader. Additionally, he worked as a leadership and career coach at Disney, Apple, Cisco, Mayo Clinic, and Stanford University.
