Slalom names Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls as its Chief People Officer
Slalom, a US-based consulting firm, has announced the promotion of Kristine Santa-Coloma Rohls as the Chief People, Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Officer, with immediate effect. She will succeed Lucy Hur, who is stepping down from the role and will continue as a senior advisor to the firm.
In her new role, Kristine brings over 25 years of experience driving people-centric initiatives in the commercial and government sectors. She has been associated with the consulting firm since 2016 and will be leading the global HR team. Additionally, she will serve as the Chief Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Officer, overseeing talent, inclusion, diversity, equity, and sustainability and impact for 12,000 workers across 49 offices in eight nations.
Before joining Slalom, Kristine worked with Booz Allen Hamilton in the capacity of Vice President for more than 15 years. She also served Tribridge and Andersen Consulting at the beginning of her career.
