Employees working with Ford Motors are likely to face a massive job cut in the company. According to Morgan Stanley, the car manufacturer will go for restructuring and likely to cut 25,000 employees from their workforce.

Ford has yet to detail its job cuts, but Morgan Stanley analyst Adam Jonas predicts they could be larger than GM's in a note to investors.

In a media report, Adam Jonas mentioned that a huge portion of Ford’s restructuring would be inclined to Ford Europe and North America. It will involve large numbers of salaried and hourly UAW and CAW workers.

Karen Hampton, a spokesman, said, “Ford's 70,000 salaried employees have been told they face unspecified job losses by the middle of next year as the automaker works through an "organizational redesign" aimed at creating a white-collar workforce designed for speed.

The media report also suggests that the carmaker is also slashing jobs at two of their United States factories and shifting workers to plants building big SUVs and transmissions for pickups in moves that the automaker said will not result in job reductions.
