Singapore has seen its start-up ecosystem grow in large numbers. Yet the working world navigates widespread inflation and economic uncertainty, it gets more challenging for young companies to get investment and grow quickly.

Some argue that innovative ideas are born in times of uncertainty. Operating under constrained resources and limited capital can push young companies to prioritise assets and values and adapt quickly.

Keeping the innovative firms in mind, LinkedIn unveiled the 'Top Startups list in Singapore', featuring 15 Singapore companies that are rising to the challenges of the moment and continuing to innovate and gain attention in 2022.

The list reveals the top 25 startups by utilising the platform date from July 2021 to June 2022 across four pillars:

  • Employee Growth
  • Jobseeker interest
  • Member engagement
  • Talent pull and retention (based on Linkedin Top Companies list)

Here are this year’s 15 top Startups in Singapore —

  6. Homage
  7. ADDX
  8. Cake DeFi
  9. Spenmo
  10. LingoAce
  11. Advance Intelligence Group

  14. Carro
  15. Geniebook

Fintech startup Aspire leads the list followed by Healthtech startup Doctor Anywhere, F&B company Flash Coffee and fintech startups Endowus and Pace Enterprise in the top 5.

According to Linkedin's statement, the data reflects aggregated public member data from active LinkedIn profiles in the relevant country and includes full-time employee profiles associated with the company on LinkedIn. All data points are measured among hires in the last year i.e between July 2021 to June 2022.
