Michele Howard

Michele Howard is a Human Experience Management (HXM) and Workforce Management Data Analytics Specialist at DXC Technology. Her work is a key part of DXC's global transformation program - driving innovative technology solutions for our business problems. Specialising in Human Experience Management (HXM) and Workforce Management data analytics, Michele is the Product Owner of DXC’s Career Navigator platform. Michele has worked for DXC Technology for 11 years in in Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Management roles, with a focus on skills management and capability. Prior to working at DXC Michele worked in the Western Australian Public Sector for 11 years in policy roles including the Public Sector Commission and the Office of e-Government. Michele also has experience in the recruitment industry – IT, Executive and Admin Recruitment. Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Michele is a proud member of the DXC First Nations Program in Australia and co-leads the Australian and New Zealand Women@DXC Employee Resource group (ERG).
