Prof Diganta Chakrabarti is currently working as Associate Professor (Dept. of Human Resources), FLAME University, Pune. He has close to twenty years of professional experience in industry and academia as a human resource professional, researcher, executive trainer, consultant and educator. For his doctoral thesis, he investigated on High-Performance Work Systems and its impact on operational and financial performance of firms in India. He closely follows people management policies and practices in organizations and the latest developments taking place in the area of organizational research. He has published many research papers, case studies, and articles in and international and national journals and professional publications. His areas of research interest include strategic human resource management, HR Analytics, corporate social responsibility, rewards management, and different aspects of management education including the use of online medium.
