Ishan has been on a mission to change the way education is delivered in India and provide education access to all. In pursuit of this life-long goal, he has been pertinaciously trying to create platforms to deliver quality education to the masses.
Currently, he is heading Udacity India team as Managing Director with a strong belief of making education more affordable and accessible. His role as the Managing Director for India is to build a strong team, launch more India-focused courses and take the Indian business to new heights.
He is also advancing the cause of the ed-tech sector in India as the chairperson of ed-tech committee of Internet and Mobile Association of India, the premium internet economy focussed not-for-profit industry association.
Bharat Iyer is a global leader and manager with two decades of experience in the Information Technology industry. He is an alumnus of National Institute of Technology, Karnataka and Asian Institute of Management, Manila.
His professional experience covers multiple leadership roles at IBM, Standard Chartered Bank Global Business Services, Planetasia.com, A. F Ferguson Management Consulting and ABB. Currently, he serves as Faculty & Director at Art of Living Corporate Programs.
