Sudhir V. Sohoni is a graduate in statistics and economics from the Bombay University and an alumnus of the TISS (PM&IR). He has participated in several high impact programs like the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at Ross School of Business, University of Michigan; Leadership Development Program at Centre for Creative Leadership, Colorado Springs; and the General Management Program at IIM -Ahmedabad. He has 30 years of experience in HR, Organisational Development, IR and General Management.
Subeer Bakshi is the Director at Towers Watson, and has over 10 years of experience in the consulting industry. Prior to joining Towers Watson, he was a consultant with KPMG and an industry leader with Hewitt Associates. He has also served as a consultant with Mercer. His areas of specialisation include HR consulting, deferred compensation, employee engagement, HR transformation, talent management, and performance management. He is a PGDBA, HR Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
Srinivas Rao is currently the Director HR at the computer software services company, SAS India. He has over 20 years of experience, mostly in the IT industy having worked for some of the biggest companies, including Sun Microsystems, YASH Technologies Pvt. Ltd., JP Mobile, and Aptech. His expertise spans across talent acquisiton, performance management, employee engagement, talent management, and HR information systems. His interests include HR, animal rights, disaster relief, travel and reading.

Sreekanth Lapala is the currently the VP at computer software company, Virtusa. He was the co-founder, Head of Business Development and Client Relations - TenXLabs Technologies Ltd. Prior to joining TenXLabs, he was Senior Director, Head of Delivery at Virtusa. His areas of experience include business development, customer aquisiton, and new business and market strategy. He earned his bachelors degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and has spent most of his career in the IT industry.
After spending almost 2 decades in the Financial Services industry, the author joined the HR Consulting industry, because of her strong belief that people are truly competitive differentiators for organisations. She went on to head the Banking and Financial Services practice for Aon Hewitt(the erstwhile Hewitt Associates) and then headed the Consulting practice of DDI India until recently.
