Amit Garg

Amit Garg is the Business Head-Internet & Mobile , and Head of HT Media's Digital arm, Firefly e Ventures. He has experience in managing business operations and startup ventures. Prior to joining HT media he worked with Whirlpool and with Asian Paints in the field of operations. He has around 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and operations. He has done his PGDBM in Marketing and Finance from IIM, Lucknow and a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Institute of Technology, BHU.

Alok Narain

Alok Narain has over 25 years of experience in Hospitality, Telecom, and Engineering sectors and his career spans across operations, training, and human resources. Alok is credited to building several people practices in the BPO industry in India and has led many change management initiatives. Prior to Quatrro, he was heading Training and Quality with Convergys India Services. He has spent his early career in the hospitality space where he worked in several roles including operations, education, and HR.

Ajit Isaac

Ajit Isaac is the MD and CEO of Ikya Human Capital Solutions. He has over 20 years of work experience in the human resources industry. He is a serial entrepreneur and started off his with his first venture with People One Consulting in 2000. He has worked in many industries including steel, oil, energy, financial services, and telecom. He is a gold medalist in IR and Personnel Management from Midas School of Social Work. He also completed a Managers for Leadership Program from University of Leeds.

Adil Malia

Adil Malia is the Group President HR at Essar Group. Prior to Essar, Adil worked with Coca-Cola as Sr. VP, HR. He is a certified trainer and has extensive experience in the areas of HR, strategic leadership, and OD. He has worked in multi-cultural business environments with large MNCs and Indian organisations. Adil writes for several business magazines, including Wall Street Journal, Economic Times, and Human Capital journal. He has also been a keynote speaker in many business and leadership forums.
