Ketan is an engineer from IIT- Roorkee (1997-2001) and a MBA from IIM Calcutta (2002-2004). Before co-founding Mettl, Ketan was responsible for marketing at 'Isango' - a start-up which is today one of the world's largest collection of tours, trips & activities. He was also instrumental in setting up the eco-system for India's first mobile payment & transaction platform at Indepay networks. He holds an MBA, Finance, Strategy from IIM, Calcuttta, and a BE in industrial engineering from IIT, Roorkee.
Karthik KS founded 24x7 Learning, a company involved in Online Executive Learning and Education in India. He also runs an NGO, www.tvesha.com to educate and put to school/college a few more children who also would have otherwise entered the manual labour industry. His specialities include enterpreneurship, e-learning, business strategy, strategic planning, and leadership development. He has done his Masters in business administration from ISB and has a PGDM from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi.
Kamal has recently cofounded Xpheno (pronounced as Xfeeno) a specialist staffing firm. Previously, Kamal was the Managing Director of Kelly Services India & Malaysia, prior to which, he was APAC head of Ma Foi Randstad based out of Kuala Lumpur.
Mr. K. Ramkumar, Executive Director on the Board of ICICI Bank is responsible for Human Resources, Customer Service & Operations. Mr. Ramkumar has completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Madras School of Social Work in 1984 and BSc Chemistry in 1982.
